Returns & Refunds
We’ll refund a product or order if you’re not completely satisfied with it, subject to our Refunds and Returns Policy as detailed below.
You may choose to return a Product (*exceptions apply) for any reason provided that you notify us of your desire to return the Product within 5 days of receipt and the product is returned to us in a resalable condition - it needs to be in its original unopened & unmarked packaging.
Once the products are back at our warehouse and we have had an opportunity to inspect them to check that they are in a resalable condition we will then process a refund if you paid for the goods using Paypal or a debit/credit card, or alternatively issue a credit note if you have a credit account with us.
The refund/credit will be in respect of the price of the product, refunds will be issued within 7 days of us receiving the product in our warehouse, credit notes will be issued on the last working day of the month (or on your normal invoicing day if we have agreed a specific date with you) as part of our monthly invoicing run. We are unable to refund any original delivery charges for any items returned as ‘no longer required’.
*Due to health and safety reasons we’re unable to offer refunds on selected items, such as food & drink (biscuits, chocolates, coffee, tea, water etc.), medical or hygiene products. Dated products may be returned up to a specified deadline, which can be clarified with our Customer Service team. Bespoke or personalised items (such as clothing) or bulky/ugly items (such as furniture) may not be returned unless damaged or faulty. If you are ordering a product you feel you may wish to return please check with our Customer Service Team before ordering.
To return a product, you’ll need to contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. If you contact us more than 5 days after delivery, we may be able to accept the goods back, but not at full credit. Please contact our Customer Service Team for advice if your return request is more than 5 days after delivery.
If we have supplied an incorrect product, or you have received faulty or damaged items on your order then we will collect at our cost and replace the item or refund the value of the item in full.
